Our SG shipping containers (the SG stands for storage grade!) are ISO shipping containers that are no longer deemed suitable for the rigours of international shipping. However, as they are former shipping standard containers they have the advantage of being strongly built from corten steel with heavy duty solid doors & thick weight bearing floors.
Our SG shipping containers are suitable for the following types of storage

- Packaged Commercial Stock
We would not recommend buying an SG shipping container for the storage of archive documents, household furniture or shipping overseas. For this type of use you may wish to look at a higher grade of container.
We would describe the appearance as reasonable with some surface rust, paint failure & minor denting. If a good cosmetic appearance is important you may consider having the container re-sprayed to your choice of colour or opting for a higher grade of container.
