Modular Buildings are sectional prefabricated buildings that consist of multiple modules or sections which are manufactured in remote factory conditions and then delivered site for completion. The modules are assembled into a single residential building using either a crane or trucks. Time spent on site is vastly reduced which in turn reduces cost against conventional build.
