This extra large container has been converted for use in the food industry.
We took a once used 40ft high cube shipping container (9ft 6in high), modified the doors, lined internally with melamine, and repainted externally, in Silver Grey.
In addition to the standard shipping container end doors, we were asked to fit a set of double flat panel doors, each 4ft wide, in the long side.
Wipe clean and hygienic, with 100mm rock wall insulation behind the panels, we line the whole of the inside of the container (excluding the doors), using these materials. To read more about this, see our page on melamine lining.
Using a special rubberised container paint, the exterior of the container is coated in silver-grey.
