Customer Deliveries - Terms and Conditions

Having items delivered to our site?

In some instances, customers will send us bespoke fittings or fixtures for their order e.g. specific doors or windows, lining or insulation, shelving racks and bespoke equipment. These items/goods will be stored in our secure store room on site. In order to make sure everything runs smoothly, there are a few things to keep in mind when sending us goods in the mail or by courier.

Notice of Delivery and Correct Labelling

If any item(s)/goods are being delivered, we must be informed in writing at least 2 working days in advance of delivery with an expected delivery date and a note as to what item(s)/goods are arriving. Notice must be sent to either our Depot Manager or Processing Manager. The item(s)/goods must have your order reference number clearly printed on any paperwork and also on the packaging (where possible) so we can easily identify your delivery. Any fragile goods must be clearly labelled with 'Fragile' or 'Handle with Care'. If we are not informed of delivery and your item(s)/goods arrive without clear identification, we reserve the right to reject delivery and send the item(s)/goods back to sender. We will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred if we reject a delivery due to the above conditions not being met.

Drivers/Couriers Sign In Policy

When sending your item(s)/goods, please ensure that you inform the courier/delivery company that they must report to our main office before entering our working depot. Couriers/Delivery drivers must be signed in by either our Processing Manager or Depot Manager due to Health and Safety regulations, and given authorisation to offload before entering the working depot. Couriers/Delivery drivers must provide full details of their company, who the delivery is on behalf of, and what the item(s)/goods are. Failure to do so may lead to the office rejecting the delivery. If the driver does not report to the main office before entering the depot, the delivery will be rejected, and we will not held liable for any additional costs incurred if we reject a delivery due to failure to comply with our regulations regarding entering the depot.

Please note: We will not be held liable for any damages of item(s)/goods sent to us by the Customer if any of the above conditions haven't been met.
