Steel construction

Fabricated using 16 gauge steel for strength, available as corrugated or flat sided finish.

Sloping roof

The container is fitted with a sloping roof as standard to provide rain water run off.

Steel and ply floor

We create a steel box section chassis for the floor overlaid with 18mm plywood.

Steel doors

Newly fabricated 3mm thick steel doors with steel locking arms as standard.

Exterior repaint

Using solvent free rubberised marine grade paint in a choice of colours.

Extra wide, new build case study

WideLine® containers are a popular choice for pop-up shops and retail units, as an 8ft wide shipping container can feel cramped with customers moving around inside, especially after shelves, counters and a till have been fitted. This case study has been built to 11ft wide, so that's an extra 3ft to open up freedom of movement.

Standard shipping container conversion features include ply lining, French doors, windows and electrics. We also made a bespoke modification by reinforcing the ply lining with box section steel so our client can hang their rugs to showcase them to prospective buyers.
