Many of our customers choose S1 doors as a convenient and easy to use alternative to the standard shipping container doors, which can be quite cumbersome to use. Shipping container doors are manufactured with a rubber seal as standard, as a belt and braces approach to watertightness at sea, and we already offer an upgraded, rubber sealed version of the flat panel door - the S3 door.
But as a cheaper and very effective alternative to these door types, we can fit closed cell sponge strips to seal to our S1 doors at a cost of just £65 plus VAT.
