A 40ft container normally requires an articulated vehicle with crane offload. You need suitable vehicle access, turning space, overhead clearance and room for the crane stabilisers. Use firm, level hard standing. Standard shipping containers bear their weight through the corners. Containers with side openings or other structural modifications may also need support beneath the bottom rails, so follow the requirements for your specific build. A lockbox is an optional addition to our 40ft containers. It shields the padlock from tampering. Ask us to include a lockbox in your specification and check which padlock is compatible with the selected door arrangement.

Yes. We can fit lining and insulation, add electrics and lighting and carry out an exterior repaint before delivery. Lining changes the usable internal dimensions, so include your storage or fit-out requirements in the enquiry.
