This modern welfare office block is constructed from our CTX self-assembly range, using 20ft x 8ft modular units, joined together and stacked over two floors. We needed a total of 14 units to achieve a total length of 56ft, in order to accommodate separate areas of space for a canteen area, toilets and an open plan office. The upper floor is accessed by an internal staircase, with another fitted externally as a fire escape.
