Quick and easy assembly
See our assembly guide for the full step-by-step process. Chemical flat-pack stores arrive as a compact kit with corner supports, wall panels and floor grates, designed for a straightforward build on site with basic tools.
Best practice before you start:
- Assemble on level, solid ground for correct panel and roof alignment.
- Wear gloves; assess hazards, access and safe lifting on site.
- Tools: 13mm and 19mm spanners or sockets, plus a screwdriver.
- Hand tighten first; fully tighten all fixings once the unit is complete.
- Keep components and packaging if you may demount and relocate later.
- Plan door position and working space before fitting the chassis and panels.
- Use captive nut positions only; avoid holes where no captive nut is fitted.
- Some fixings are easiest from inside the unit; doors may be transit-secured until released.
After assembly: Fit cylinder locks (key aperture facing outside) and handles, check all bolts are tight, and keep the original packaging for future moves. Once assembled, the unit can be lifted and repositioned using suitable equipment (forklift or crane) in line with site H&S procedures.
