Quick and easy assembly
See our assembly guide for the full step-by-step process. Insulated flat-pack stores use pre-finished wall panels with locating pins and corner posts, so a careful setup and methodical build will give the best fit and seal.
Best practice before you start:
- Level, solid ground.
- Wear gloves; check hazards and access.
- People needed: 2m-2, 3m-3, 4m-4.
- Unpack carefully; protect locating pins.
- Set chassis first; choose door position.
- Hand tighten first; fully tighten at the end.
Tools typically required: 13mm and 19mm spanners or sockets (socket set recommended), plus a screwdriver.
After assembly: Re-check all fixings are tight, remove any protective film from panels (cut neatly around edges and peel away diagonally), and keep the original packaging if you plan to demount, move and reassemble later. Once assembled, the unit can be lifted and repositioned using suitable equipment (forklift or crane) following your H&S procedures.
