6m galvanised flat pack storage with double doors

This 6m flat pack store gives you a larger self-assembly storage space, with nearly 5.7m of usable internal length. The assembled unit measures 5860mm long x 2146mm wide x 2110mm high, with internal dimensions of 5699mm x 1985mm x 1962mm.

Double doors are fitted to the short end, providing a clear opening of 1850mm wide x 1900mm high. The galvanised steel unit can be assembled on site and dismantled again when it needs to be relocated.

Key benefits

  • Approximately 11.3m² of usable internal floor space
  • 5699mm of internal storage length
  • 1850mm wide short-side double door opening
  • Galvanised steel frame, wall and roof construction
  • Demountable self-assembly design
  • Integrated gutters along the long sides of the roof
  • Designed for forklift or crane handling using the manufacturer's specified lifting method

Why the 6m size works

More usable storage space

With internal dimensions of 5699mm x 1985mm, the 6m model provides approximately 11.3m² of floor space. The extra length gives you significantly more room for larger storage requirements while retaining the demountable flat pack format.

Wide access through the short end

The double doors provide an 1850mm wide x 1900mm high clear opening. Positioning the doors on the short end leaves the full internal length available behind the entrance and gives you a wide opening for moving larger items in and out.

Quick and easy assembly

See our assembly guide for the full step-by-step process. In most cases, installation is straightforward with basic hand tools and a sensible setup on site.

Before you start:

  • Assemble on level, solid ground to avoid chassis twist and panel misalignment.
  • Read through the full instructions first and lay out panels and fixings so you can work methodically.
  • Hand tighten all nuts and bolts during initial assembly, then fully tighten everything once the unit is complete.

Tools typically required: 13mm spanner, 19mm spanner or sockets (or a socket set), and a screwdriver.

Safety and good practice: Take care when lifting panels and positioning the roof section, and assess the area for local hazards and access constraints. If the unit includes a door panel, keep the door locked while fitting and remove the taped keys before installation. Once assembled, re-check all fixings for tightness and keep the original packaging if you plan to demount, move and reassemble the unit in future.
