Expandakiosk is the UK's best-selling flat-packed kiosk and is the ideal solution for a wide range of catering, retail and tourism applications. Expandakiosk features a large upward tilting hatch making it ideal for serving food and drink, temporary retail or providing information at an event. It is insulated for comfort.

Technical Information: Floor Pre-fitted 18mm grade 3 ‘OSB wooden floor ’ screwed to a galvanised steel profile frame.

Chassis The chassis are a system constructed from a combination of Galvanized U and C Channel steel profiles.

Walls Panels are composed of outer and inner skin that shall be 0,40mm painted with 5micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat galvanized steel sheet, 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation in between. Outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White.

Roof Panels are composed of outer and inner skin that shall be 0,40mm painted with 5micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat galvanized steel sheet , 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation in between.Outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White.

Door Panel 0.6 mm corrugated galvanized steel panel. Single door mounted into a steel frame with stainless steel hinges, complete with two way locking mechanism and padlocks, door handle will be on the locking mechanism. There will be Glasswool insulation inside of the door panel.

Hatch Panel Panels are composed of outer and inner skin that shall be 0,40mm painted with 5micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat galvanized steel sheet, 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation in between. Outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White.

The hatch is hinged to open upwards and can be secured from the inside with by two latches

Delivery: We are able to offer low price delivery rates on flat pack products, as they are transported in bulk in a compact form. We also hold them in stock at regional depots across the country, giving you a substantial discount wherever you live. Flat pack containers are typically delivered on a 26 tonne rigid lorry with a hiab crane to offload, and all deliveries are made curb-side. Although flat pack containers are designed to fit into difficult spaces, the vehicle will still need to have good access and sufficient room for the crane to setup and offload. If the delivery vehicle can’t get quite where you need it, all components of the container can be carried separately. These units are completely man-portable! To keep delivery rates competitive and cost effective, flat pack containers are quoted based on a shared delivery rate. This means we are unable to guarantee a specific time.
